Details
Position: Spare Parts & Service Sales Associate
Reports to: Machinery Sales Manager
At Precision Roll Solutions, we’re experiencing significant growth and are looking for a talented and driven Spare Parts & Service Sales Associate to join our team. We offer a rewarding work environment where you can thrive and build your career. This individual will play an integral part in the growth of the machine spare parts and service business.
· Utilize HubSpot for all quoting activities and customer relationship management (CRM)
· Maintain sales revenue and gross margin targets for spares & service related offerings
· Process all spare parts and service orders using our ERP system (Epicor)
· Promote and sell OEM parts and upgrades to existing customers
o Collaborate with the PRS engineering team to ensure accurate data entry
· Obtain and organize 3rd party quotes for all spare parts and related supplies
· Possess or develop the technical aptitude to understand equipment, engineered drawings, and parts compatibility (highly desirable)
· Coordinate with the PRS purchasing team to issue purchase orders for spare parts
· Help track, follow-up on, and expedite spare part orders
· Contribute to the growth and development of the spare parts and service business:
o Create and maintain parts lists for customer files on legacy and future equipment
o Proactively communicate with customers, vendors, and other PRS team members. (Strong written and oral communication skills are required)
o Support the technical team by routing inbound customer communications regarding warranty or service issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
