Anilox rolls are the heart of any printing press—and their performance depends on the integrity of the base beneath them. PRS multi-layer anilox sleeve bases are designed to perform at today’s high speeds, with unmatched durability, fit, and rebuild potential.
Each sleeve base features a precision aluminum wall to support end-user refurbishing, plus our proprietary SmartMemory™ cushion layer that returns the sleeve to its tight original fit when air is removed. The result: consistently high performance with tolerances held tighter than .0005”.
